Michaela is an interior decorator who had come to redecorate Trevor Harrison's house and now lives with Jamie Mason and cares for their sons.

Biography/Personality:
Michaela is bright, bold, and independent.  She is also offbeat and funky, and very set in her ways.  She is a vegetarian, and has raised her son without any assistance.  She was homeless for a short time before Jesse was born as well, and is "self-made."  Her son's father abandoned them shortly before Jesse was born, and she's never had any support from him, or her parents.  She dreams of being a counselor for unwed mothers, but can't afford to attend college, something she's dreamed about.
