Nancy is the Office Manager for KMAS.  She followed everyone over from YMFSA when KMAS was opened.

Nancy is a nosy witch of an Office Manager.  She has no life outside of KMAS and she makes it her business to know everything that's happening in the KMAS office.  She runs a very tight ship, intimidating every single person at KMAS with the exception of the ownership group, all of whom she kowtows to.  If one of the owners told her to jump off Kensington Cliff into the swift-running Yette River, she would.  But if the same request came from a non-owner, she'd glare and make their life miserable by any means possible.

Nancy was married to Sam Kyle, Chief of the Yette Valley Police Department.  Their divorce ended about a few years ago but she is very bitter because he has moved on, remarrying and having a child, while she is still alone and childless.

Oh, yes, anyone can write Nancy into a scene if necessary.  She is a random character who everyone can use and abuse.
