Biography/Personality:

Phoebe was raised by a single mother, never knowing her father.  She went to Yale and received a degree in journalism.  She took a job at The Sentinel just out of college and has stayed out of love for the area.  Several offers from larger newspapers have come her way but she has turned them all down.  She has been married once, to her college sweetheart, Noah Ryan, which ended in divorce.  She rarely speaks of the marriage or her mother.
