Biography/Personality:
Vicky's parents were wealthy socialites (with family money). She was raised to be a polite, refined, lady. To them, her skating was just a little diversion from her 'duties' to them. They also made her take care of her little sister, which she grew to resent. She never got to devote all the time she wanted to her skating until she got older. Even then, she was still 'tied' to home, and felt obligated to stay. However, she had a lot of talent and managed to make it to the top echelon of world ice dancing. Just imagine if she had been allowed to train full-time...Other Noteworthy News/Facts:
Vicky was involved in a freak accident at Skate Canada. Another girl ran into her and her toepick gouged the length of Vicky's leg. The force of the fall also made her slide headfirst into the boards, giving her a severe concussion and fracturing her clavicle and two vertebrae. She is now in a rehabilitation center in Yette, where she is making slow, but steady progress, much to many people's surprise. Her accident got a lot of media attention, especially in Canada, and people feel sorry for her, something she resents. Her partner has since auditioned and begun training with a new partner. Vicky still hopes to find a new partner and compete again or at the least tour professionally. Her dream is to skate on Bryce Robinson's tour.
